These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TravelInstagram (the "Platform"), operated by Dtravco ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who we are
TravelInstagram is a travel advisory and booking platform owned and operated by Dtravco — a Government-approved, MSME-registered and DOT-approved travel company, and a member of NIMA (Network of Indian MICE Agents).

2. Services
We provide AI-assisted itinerary planning, flight, hotel, cruise, tour, visa and corporate travel services. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, ground operators). The supplier's terms also apply to your booking.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to make a booking. By booking, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all travellers in your party.
4. Bookings, prices & payment
- All prices are quoted in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated. EU/UK customers may pay in EUR/GBP at the prevailing exchange rate plus card fees.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes shown at checkout. Currency conversion fees imposed by your bank are not included.
- A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation and full or partial payment is received.
- We use PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
5. EU & UK consumer rights
For consumers resident in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, the following additional rights apply:
- Package Travel Directive (EU 2015/2302): where we sell a "package", you receive the full information, liability and insolvency protection rights set out in that directive. The standard information form will be provided before booking.
- Right of withdrawal: the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply to most travel services (Art. 16(l)). Cancellation rights are governed by clause 6 below and the Package Travel Directive where applicable.
- Online Dispute Resolution: the EU ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation terms vary by supplier and fare type and will be disclosed before payment. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–21 business days after the supplier releases funds.
7. Travel documents, visas & insurance
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations and insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation and baggage. We are not liable for refused boarding or entry due to inadequate documentation.
8. AI-generated content
Our AI Concierge produces suggestions and itineraries based on the information you provide. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. A human travel expert reviews every confirmed booking. AI suggestions are not a substitute for professional advice and do not constitute a contractual offer until confirmed in writing.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law (including the EU Package Travel Directive).
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — including the TravelInstagram and Dtravco brands, logos, text, images and itineraries — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the AI Concierge to generate harmful, illegal or abusive content; (b) attempt to bypass security or rate-limits; (c) scrape or copy substantial parts of the Platform; (d) impersonate any person or entity.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For consumers resident in the EU, UK or Switzerland, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence also apply, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. For all other users, the courts of Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
